For me, there is no better source of energy than Lovemaking. How could it be? It creates life... or when you master it, it transforms "baby" into passion, into tremendous amounts of energy and Love.
Was I asked recently: Could it be another source? Why rely only on those? It creates an attachment to another person etc.
My answer: For me, it's rather a commitment. It's another strong reason to be together. When we are together, our energies are more than multiplied.
To be each other's sources of energy, happiness, and love it's one more great reason and benefit to be in conscious relationship.
To seek to have source out of relationship; alone, it's a blind, inefficient road in spirituality, in my opinion.
We grow higher, we reach more profound, and we love stronger and better in conscious relationships (conscious community, family?) in togetherness than in "being and seeking" alone spirituality.
Tantra (Movement) encourage you to connect, not separate.
